Order confirmation

As soon as you place an order, we send a confirmation email to the address you gave at checkout.

Processing and dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm (UK time) Monday to Friday start processing the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays start processing on the next business day. We aim to dispatch every order within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times

Delivery normally takes 2–4 business days after dispatch, so most orders arrive within 3–6 business days of being placed. These times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as couriers can occasionally be delayed. We email you when your order is dispatched, including tracking details where the courier provides them.
